I wanted an inverted bob hair cut, which I had for over 20 years. I showed a picture with what I wanted. The hairdresser said she knows how to do it. But at the end, the left side of my hair is longer than the right side. I can't arrange it in any way 'cause you can notice the difference, the left side is cut in an acute angle, and the right side is cut straight and I can't even pull it in a poneytail, because you can still notice the difference between the sides. I'm very disappointed, the hairdresser just continue to cut my front bits even if I told her I wanted them to be longer. Will never use their services again! *Service:&nbsp;Blowouts

I tried on three occasions to book a hair appointment but they take your number and then never ring. So I booked online. I've just had a text to ask how long the lady's hair is. I replied it is short and the reply was I don't do short hair. So how do I tell a 97 year old lady who doesn't get out much her appointment has been cancelled. So this is a salon to avoid unless you let your hair grow of course

Asked for burgundy shade of hair colour and got  dirty Caramel shade instead, that was for my special anniversary party. Asked  to come  back for another session after  my special occasion to fix the colour with more  chemical treatment. No thank you...  Never visiting them again.

I’m an aesthetics practitioner with my own business and I booked to train in fat loss injections at ooh lala. I’m not a person to ever write reviews but my training course was so good here I had to! What initially swayed me to go with ooh lala was their competitive price rates. I’ve seen the same course being charged at over £1000 at other salons. The salon itself is beautiful and Stacey is incredible! She was so sweet, so professional and just so easy to talk to. I could tell that her clients really do love her and if I lived closer I would definitely come to their salon for all of my treatments too. The course itself was so detailed, it covered absolutely everything you could think of. Stacey trained me in pretty much every area that fat loss injections can be used for! Again, I’ve seen courses who charge twice as much as her, only train their students in 3 areas. What I found so sweet was that stacey even sent me off with a full little box of ‘goodies’; needles, ice packs, a sharps box, etc etc. As well as a list of contacts to all of her suppliers, and so many personal tips and useful advice. I would absolutely recommend this salon.

First time visiting oohlala this weekend and I'll definitely be back. The salon itself is gorgeous, the perfect pink, girly heaven. Stacey is lovely, explained everything about my treatment and made me feel really comfortable.

Love this beauty salon. Went here for lip fillers and had the best experience ever. Loved the atmosphere and staff were so friendly, really helpful and genuinely knowledgable about the products and procedures they’re offering. Won’t go anywhere else for my treatments.

Visited the salon today for a cut/colour by Jodie and full nail acrylics by Shannon the salon was very busy with a lovely Christmas cheerful vibe, staff very nice, polite and very down to earth and welcoming. small wait which is expected due to the volume of customers coming through the door and the roads being chaos this time of year thankyou ladies I will definately be returning in the new year Merry Christmas all.

Very nice salon all the staff are very friendly. Especially my hairdresser Jodie she's been doing my hair for years I would never go to anyone else.

Dreadful customer service! I had an appointment booked for 5pm, arrived on time and been told "It shouldn't be any longer", then after half an hour of waiting I have been told that I have to wait another 20 minutes because they are running behind. Why haven',t they told from starters that they are behind and most important, why haven't they callled me to.inform that there is going to be some waiting time?? This is just lack of common sense. Very unprofessional service, wouldn't recommmend under any circumstances!!
