I had an amazing stay at this hostel ! The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. The volunteer team working there is incredibly helpful, kind, and always ready to listen. They create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. There are always fun activities and outings organized, so it’s easy to meet new people and make friends. This hostel is the ideal place for solo travelers—I met some truly wonderful people during my stay; Everything was perfect, and I’ll definitely be returning very soon. Highly recommend!
Onefam Waterloo was my first hostel experience ever and I couldn’t have imagined a better hostel to stay at!! All the staff were so nice and welcoming. They always made you feel included and welcomed!! The other guests were amazing and everyone was so respectful and kind!! As a solo female traveler I highly recommend this hostel!! I felt so safe the entire time I was there!! I will def be staying here again when I come back to London
Had an absolutely memorable time at this hostel. The location was central, the staff were helpful, and the atmosphere was vibrantly social. I was also surprised by how generous they were with the free dinners. With free walking tours, free dinners, free drinking games, and free pub crawls, it is an absolute bargain for backpackers looking to have a good time in London without breaking the bank.
Wonderful hostel and great location in the heart of London. Clean and a safe environment. The staff really make you feel comfortable and at home, they even offered a vegetarian dinner every night for free. Activities and tours around local flea markets, restaurants, pubs and clubs. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially great for solo travelers!
Solid location. Great social life in the hostel. Beds were old with thin mattresses. My outlet was stripped from the wall and would fall into the bed below. Cleaning crew threw away or took valuables of mine. Staff didn’t do much or anything about it other than “look around” a bit. Stayed at 5 One Fams across Europe all have been very nice this is by far the worst on all fronts.
