A small company where, when you speak to a human they tell you their full name and tell you you can ask for them personally. This company came in at best price plus some to what I could find for my converted minibus and the breakdown cover by the same company. They call you back when they say they will and are always really friendly and not reading off a script. I’ve had many a lovely conversation with several representatives when I had to change my policy. I decided to stay with them with my new policy because not only did they come in on the best price but they are the best insurance company I’ve ever dealt with. Keep up the good work Staveley Head, happy to refer people to you.
Zak and One sure Insurance were exceptional! Not only were they the most competitively priced when compared like for like with other insurers, but Zak the person dealing with my quote couldn’t do enough, to help and guide me as well as calling me back twice exactly when he said he would because I had to deal with customers. If you want insurance these are definitely the ones to go with.
So far so good. Their prices were pretty much on par with most of the big internet companies thrown up by the usual searches. As they are almost on my doorstep thought I'd let a local business have my custom this year. Very friendly and helpful, all sorted with a quick phone call. All the associated documents were in my inbox the following morning.
Very disappointed in this company! Paid full comprehensive insurance up front for a whole year, sold my vehicle 4 months later due to unforeseen circumstances and they still want to charge me a cancelation fee! This company makes a hefty profit over a year and still wants to charge the hard working people of this fine country extra fees. Two days after I received the email about my final payment they sent me another email this time with an added £35 on top of the balance…… I know I will never use them again. Policy number: 487526/2
Very good people and very advising and very comfortable talking to any of them. I am pleased up now The main thing is very correct. And the best price I ever find and I really appreciate it and really happy with this company and this people I will hopefully see you next year again.
One of the best customer service and sales experiences ever. Buying insurance felt like a piece of cake. The bloke I dealt with in the sales team Mr. Afzal Hussain was well aware of the market and offered me the best to choose from. Hopefully, I will get in touch with them again soon as any of my insurance needs renewal. I will highly recommend getting in touch with their expert sales team, before buying or renewing any insurance.
Seemingly a small Company, but able to offer great competitive rates of premium for motor insurance. Very thorough checks for evidence of proof of NCD to carry forward. Excellent customer service when phoned.
I was so much impressed with instant , quick and correct services I got during my enquiries for my car insurance online. Mike the staff i spoke to is so brilliant and experienced The staff are excellent and have good customer service. Prices are so competitive and convenient for me. Online transfer of insurance documents was as easy as I didn't expect. I recommend ONESURE INSURANCE FOR EVERYONE.
AVOID!!! I have a motor trade policy through one sure. 2 month after taking out the policy which i paid for in full they have quietly taken £1800 out of my account which they now will not return. I have now initiated a chargeback through my bank. Spent more time.on hold waiting for them to speak to tradex and still haven't resolved the issue.
Our experience has not been the best! Lost the count of emails requesting information, confirmation and proof to set up our Motorhome insurance. We got there in the end. Always polite, never left without explanation- time will tell if their aftersales is as good as their setting up the policy.
