Being a local to store, I am visiting this store every single day. this store has been changed a lot now. under  new management, store look fab and tidy, things organize very well, staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend for all as a best place to shop

"Friendly and polite staff. I always use this as my local." Who gave 5 stars is trolling. This was Tesco less than a year ago, so he has not always used this shop. 

This shop is limited and over priced for the most part, the staff, not very professional either. One stop is not what I wanted as my local. Tesco's was a lot better.

Another day we were forced to wait out side for 40 mins when they were smoking out back. Shameful place.

No milk, chilled goods or vegetables problems with suppliers guess I'll be going to sainsbury then. All new staff seem friendly

In keeping with the other reviews I wouldn't recommend that you visit this shop. We turned up at 10am on a Sunday and despite the clearly advertised opening times being 7am - 10pm the shop was closed. A bread delivery was received whilst we waited but the shop still didn't open! Eventually we gave up waiting but not before a local man told us that they never stick to the publicised times and just open whenever they like! Don't waste your time or money here.

This local store has got to be one of the worst ever. Half the time their fridges are out of stock,  they do not issue a receipt unless you ask for one and when you do ask for one some of the staff looks at you like you are a bother. They put products on offer but instead of scanning the offer price tag they scan the normal price tag!! If you don't ask for a receipt they'll rip you off and you don't even know it! Once you make them notice they over charged you they don't even have the courtesy to apologise!!! Most people working there don't have any idea what good costumer service is.
