Total lack of customer service from the attendant in store called Raja. I had paid for my fuel, then needed to check my tyre pressures. Used x2 20p pieces and x1 10p piece, as it needs a total of 50p to work, and the machine didn’t work after the beeps. Told the in store attendant Raja that the machine hadn’t worked and took my money. He said he’d come out and use a 50p piece Bare in mind the sticker on the machine says you can use 10p,20p,50p and £1 when he used the 50p it worked and he then proceeded to tell me I was a liar and that I now owed him and continued to tell me I lied and that he never saw me put any money in. Well how could he being instore, bare in mind I just paid £29 for fuel so why would I cheat him out of 50p!?!? Disgusting attitude and needs a refresher in how to treat people with respect. Won’t be using again.
