Very over priced and the staff aren't very welcoming there's always only 1 person on till when there's a very long line
Very disappointing to know about the charging fraud. The persons at till always charge extra pennies and even double price.how is that possible if you scan a barcode of product and show wrong amount every time. If this happens just for one time could be consider as a mistake but it’s happens every time when we visit. I am really disappointed by their behaviour too when we aware them about actual price of products. Kindly have look at you standard.
It's okay as a local shop. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Sometimes long queues and not enough staff on tills.
Staff need to remember that the aim of a local convenience shop is to sell things. Only one staff member on till, 20+ customers. Other staff hiding in the back or otherwise engaged playing at being busy and not serving customers. Poor show. Again! Staff refusing to get on the tills and serve customers. Someone needs to have a word with them. Their attitude stinks and is not to the high standards the Co-op expects.
You need to update your opening hours guys it states on your website that your open from 6am till 11pm yet I've been a couple of times just after 10pm and you have been closed, in fact I've noticed that when I've checked your website even after 11pm it states that you're still open? What's that all about???
Most of the stuff are highly processed foods and alcohol. Little selection of fresh foods and vegetables.
Always find what i need, staff our very helpful Charlie the store manager is a lovely guy goes out of his way to be lovely to the customers and staff.
lived in fishermead for 10 years and have been going to the co-op atleast once a week, normally very friendly staff and always used to love my local co-op, but when did it become common practise for the check out staff to give you a bag and then just start piling your shopping up on top of it? never used to be like that, seems only with the new staff but for 10 years they would always bag the shopping up for you, not just stare at you blankly until you take the bag. ive worked on tills at a couple jobs in the past and bagging stuff up is literally half of the job... are we getting a discount or paid to do their job for them?
Lovely staff and ok food ... Just a normal co op .. WARNING.. don't use the cash point it sometimes swallows your card and spits it out 15 mins later
Staff are brilliant! This is one of the best Co-Op's purely because of the staff! Every time I have been here the staff are welcoming and we always end up having a laugh or a chat. Great environment and good selection.
