I called up to say the salt fish had not been boiled out properly and was too salty it was inedible ( with hard food). I got told its salt fish it's suppose to be salty I have eaten sailfish 100s of times this was not good salt fish. I called to tell them personally over the phone so they would be aware and so I didn't have to write a review but the man was so rude I was compelled to write this zero review not ordering from here again.

If I could give less I would. Disgusting customer service. I ordered from them last year and the food gave me food poisoning so asked for a refund. Of course it was refused so hungry house refunded me. 1 year later I try and order from them only to find out they have blocked me from placing any orders but happily took my money. WHERE IS MY REFUND? Terrible restaurant

I don't usually post reviews, but as a business owner myself I don't feel any customer should have the experience that I have experienced from this company called "one stop". I make my order I'm told it'll be with me in 45min to 1 hour I wait over n hour I wait some more I wait some more 1 hour 20 min have past now.. I call back to ask how much longer will I have to wait.. (in the non apologetic, non curtious voice) We don't actually have what you've ordered, we've run out... I ask... Why didn't you tell me this when I ordered... Or at least to let me know... Oh We tried (lies) The thing is, I could understand if this was a "one off" occurrence but it seems like the level of service provided ends up annoying me on a regular basis.. I've been a customer bringing repeat business for a while now but I think this is the last straw.. That is not the customer service anybody should experience.. Good food POOR service Disappointing..

Delivery man came to my door after me waiting for hour & half cussing because Sophie didn't tell him I was paying by card & he didn't have card machine. All my neighbours could here him cussing and swearing. How embarrassing. I never get that disrespect from the Pizza delivery company or from the Chinese takeaway. Disgraceful behaviour. And he didn't have my complete order either. Bunch of cowboys.

The food was absolutely revolting.ordered chicken curry and rice and peas. Probably gone off as it smelt very bad. Ordered bbq chicken instead received 3 chicken wings with gravy that tasted like vinegar and soya sauce mixed. I think I paid for the oil used rather than the food. I recommend that this place gets shut down. The food is so disgusting. Never had anything like it before. Only eat here if you would like to have food poisoning.
