Should no no star. Found pieces of plastic in my kinder bueno milkshake. when i called to say my friend chocked they said i should call deliveroo and tell them. I then made a complaint with deliveroo and they are giving me a refund. I will be going to the FSA as this is dangerous and it could have been my child.

took over 2 hours to deliver, and even then didnt compensate for late delivery, blamed weather, then when called them changed their excuse and said they have new drivers starting today, after finding out their mistake they would not even pick up their phone, so I had to call with a different phone just to get across to them.

Fantastic food - I ordered a jerk chicken bagel, Aero mint shake, and the banana loaf. All I can say is superb!! The food was full of flavour and fresh. The delivery time took no longer than 20 minutes. I'm very impressed!

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen. The man working tonight @03:00 am 13/12/27 was rude and aggressive. The manager or owner should send him to customer services class, I’m sure he was rude to other customers before. Unhappy customer.
