VERY RUDE AND COCKY STAFF. I’ve ordered 2 pizzas and was told it’d be ready in 15mins not on one occasion. Like the other reviews show food is okay (not great,okay). I’ve gone there 25-30min later and at first was offered a totally wrong pizza(not once). When I said it wasn’t mine. They have literally started cooking it in front of me. For obvious reasons anyone would be angry. I told them that it wasn’t the first time I had to wait more that 10mins for my food even though on the phone I was told it would be ready in 15min. EVENTUALLY- the short Asian guy with funny hairstyle (not being racist honestly) told me to use other takeaways on the same road if I’m wasn’t happy with what I am getting from Master Kababs.

Food is very good to eat, a little greasy for my liking, 4 stars on that, but 2 stars for very inefficient service; everything is a little under prepared , on a busy day you can wait 45 minutes, and on a calm day they'll take just as long to serve. It's best practice to call them before you leave to pick up so that when you arrive you'll end up waiting 5 minutes at most.

Absoutely disgusting service. Food came nealry 2 hours late when my partner rung them after the hour the bloke on the other end tried saying it hadnt been an hour yet even though we have call logs. Food was cold. Chicken and rice was horrible chips cold and soggy chicken shish wasnt a large more like a small just chucked in the box and wasnt complete when we rung them to complain they didnt care. No customer service. Just awful never again
