I’ve been to this shop often since I moved to the area last year, there are a couple of lovely staff members who go above and beyond. It’s really let down by two incredibly rude men who work here, I’m unaware if it’s intentional but the manners are non existent and you’re made to feel incredibly uncomfortable.
Every time I have visited- the shop smells like a mixture of sweaty feet, damp, mold and nastiness; I have pointed this out and they seem nose-blind to it.nnI was there once when the fridge engineer was servicing and cleaning the cold cabinet and he used an air line pump to blow the dust all around the shop- poor practice, unhygienic and dangerousnnThe staff are not well trained- one even had her purse on the counter. They deliver sub-par service without a smile and the queues are short but each customer seems to take an age to serve. There is no 'quick nip in and out'nnI have actually started to use a different shop to drop the MyHermes parcels at as I can't face that smell and poor service any longer.
Always excellent service and now sparkling clean. They're working so hard to keep the shop so clean .Well done. These staff are an asset to this business .
Ok little shop with ok range of products for convenience however I cannot offer more than 2 stars as they are expensive compared to our local One Stop. I cant understand why products are 50p more expensive in this branch compared to the one stop branch in lower stondon?
