I moved into a property managed by D+J Lettings in 2020 and as a tenant, I've found their level of professionalism and customer care to be simply outstanding. When it came time to move out I was very anxious, but the staff at D+J were very empathetic and were more than happy to answer my questions even if I did ask the same ones 8 or 9 times. Because of this warm and friendly level of service, I opted to stay with D+J Lettings and move into another one of their managed properties Whoever you speak to, be it management, staff members or any of their 3rd party contractors, you can rest assured you will be in safe hands. Thank you Dharmesh, Jyoti, Tyrone, Connor and Jen for making my move a smooth one
Connor and Tyrone were wonderful- so patient and willing to answer my many questions over a very stressful couple of weeks. They were always friendly, polite, reassuring, and informative about every step of the process including when I asked stupid questions having never rented a place that wasn't bills included and shared, and the couple of times I phoned up crying and always gave an explanation for any delays or problems which were never unreasonable or the agency's fault. A few times when all phones in the office were engaged I went through to the answering service which is operated by other employees not a machine, who I could explain my reason for calling to and got a call back from Connor shortly after, my message having been passed on so I didn't have to repeat it. It was a very stressful time for me but D&J did everything they could be expected to and more to make it as easy as possible for me.
We rented with D+J lettings in July 2022 and had a great experience. It was all really smooth and well organised and recommend them to anyone looking for a place in Hitchin and the surrounding areas. We dealt with Connor Leane and have found him to be really helpful with any queries we have.
We have recently moved into our new house in Hitchin and we used D and J lettings to find our new home. We are more than thankful to Connor and his team for their effort during our renting process. Connor has been really helpful in all steps of the process, he always responded to our questions and problems. I would definitely recommend them.
I moved into my flat in Stevenage in July 2022. Connor have been very helpful with the process and had excellent communication. Also, it’s very easy to report on any maintenance issue and always get a response.

Really good experience through D+J Lettings, thanks to Raveena, Connor and Linda. We recently went through the process of moving into a rented property through D+J Lettings, and it was straight-forward and easy. Linda met with us at the property and was really friendly, and understanding when we got held up and were a little late! The team were really quick to get back to us with information when we needed it, and the tenancy agreement and deposit was really easy to set up too. They helped us to move in with quite a tight turn around which was really appreciated. We had a maintainance issue that cropped up shortly after we moved in, but the maintainance team at D+J were really quick to get someone out to sort the issue, and the contractor they used was also very friendly and professional. At what was a really stressful time for me and my partner, you were able to provide reassurance by making the whole process very easy. We are really happy in our new home, so thanks again to the team, couldn't fault you!

D + J Lettings & Property Management proved to be effective and straightforward. They possess an admirable mixture of kindness, transparency and professional detachment. We trust them, always get an answer back and feel ourselves lucky for their services. Plus: they were the ones able to find what we were looking for whereas others agency could not.
