Unfortunately it will not let me give 0 stars.nUnhelpful and rude. They told me that information and guidance on the NHS website was incorrect and they couldn't provide me with the service I needed. 30 minutes later the Baldock pharmacy was happy to help. This proved the Stotfold pharmacy to be either incompetent, uneducated or unwilling to provide the people of Stotfold with the service the deserve.
Went to the pharmacy Saturday morning as I had developed a rash on my face, the pharmacist looked at it for a few seconds then turned away saying he didn’t know what it could be. I found out the following day after going to lister hospital that I have shingles! I could have started medication the day before which the hospital said would have been more helpful to me. Stotfold pharmacists is the worse place and would never go back unless I had to pick up a prescription.
The slowest moving, most arrogant counter assistant in a pharmacynI have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Carries on chatting to people who probably shouldn't be in the dispensary by law.
Went to get a prescription and the pharmacist had left the building no explanation, queues of people waiting for their prescriptions that were just sitting there on the counter! Couldn't be given out because pharmacist went AWOL. Waited an hour he still hadn't returned? I left so did others!
Why don’t they ever answer the phone?nVery rude people as well, wish there was a better pharmacy for me to go to but unfortunately due to not driving I have to use this pace.nAbsolutely awful!!!!!nnJust an edit to say I’m urgently trying to see if my child’s medication has been sorted, as naturally I don’t want to drag my kids out to walk to the pharmacy and it’s not there, but I’ve rang 50 times today and no one has answered. This is absolutely DISGUSTING.nWhy is there not another local pharmacy???!!!! Why have a phone if you don’t answer !!!???
