Reading other reviews, and many of them very positive, especially about the staff, I do wonder why I struggle to give above 3. These friendly, wonderful staff that most people talk about, I have never seen. In the many years I've called in, it has pretty much always been an inconvenience to be there. Dodging staff, filling shelves, always where i am, with no courteous recourse for virtually being barged out of the way, and having a group chat as if you, the customer, doesn't exist. I go to one stop because it is very local. I certainly don't go expecting, nor indeed receiving good customer satisfaction.

Full of chavs all the time, but really just your average corner shop.
Well stocked local convenience store. Plus lottery and off licence.
Sometimes a bit messy. Have had to wait a long time to be served while staff talk. Otherwise fine. Other staff are brilliant. Been ID'd for no reason as well literally the same day 3 times by same person. I'm well over 21.
Great shop plenty of choices and good service
