Hands down the worst Co-op - no, supermarket, I've been to in the UK.

Only ever a maximum of one working self service machine, horrendous queues as a result and nothing to separate the self-service queue from the normal tills resulting in complete confusion from the dozens of unlucky customers.

The checkout staff appear rude and uninterested - chewing gum and scanning your food through in a surly silence without even a hello. No evidence of any customer service training at this store. 

Avoid like the plague.

The music is too loud. When speaking on the phone in this co-op, I am unable to hear the other person on the end of the line

Reasonable little Co-op with long opening hours. Range is limited, but not bad for the size.

Just been in the store and a mam was refused to be served as he was obviously already drunk - the lady who was serving then was abused by the friend of the drinken man but the lady evsn though she was a bit flusted remained calm and professional - well done you !!
