A great store with lots of variety, but the people usually working on the fresh bakery section never want to slice fresh bread up. It’s a shame really because other M&S I visit always happily do it. But in this store they are no help.

I got through the till today and then realised I didn't have my purse. I was extremely worried about where it was but the staff were lovely and kept my shopping while I went home to look for the purse. Fortunately it was at home and I went back and paid for the trolley of shopping. Brilliant staff and the manager gave me some flowers for all my troubles which was of my own making. I prefer this store to The Springs as it's bigger and has more choice. Thank you.
