Avoid this shop; you’ll pay for a job-half-done, then have to go somewhere reputable to finish the job.  I brought my wife’s watch in to have the battery replaced and the owner opened up the watch, replaced the battery, then told me that he didn’t have the machine needed to close the watch case and that I should go to Gem Aura a few minutes away and ask them to do it for me.  I should have asked for my money back at that point really, but we instead went to Gem Aura and explained the situation. They closed the case and finished the job but said this was a pretty common occurrence and that he frequently sent customers to them to do the job that he should have done in the first place.  Save yourself the effort and go somewhere reputable instead.
