Just had a terrible experience with this company. Got recommended them from a friend but have been left disappointed. Recently moved into a new apartment and we wanted to get the windows checked as we thought the bedroom felt colder than the other rooms. Guy calls says he’s in the area he’ll pop up check the windows out. Lovely guy but quickly goes over all windows and tells us we don’t have a problem. After 5 minutes he’s ready to go. He doesn’t want to charge but calls the boss who insists it’s a standard charge of £60 + VAT. We then call the boss directly who was very rude and was going on about his £70 dinner the night before which was completely irrelevant. Still said we had to pay. Think that’s completely unfair could’ve at least halved it. Bit of a scam. Avoid at all costs.
Had a broken VW Polo key sorted out for me today. Excellent price, excellent customer service both guys were so helpful. Thank you so much.
I needed two locks changing on my front door. I rang in the morning and a very helpful locksmith arrived a couple of hours later. He changed the locks, made sure that the door fitted better than before and gave me advice about draught proofing. He was efficient and friendly and made sure I knew how to use the locks. He left the area tidy and clean. I was able to pay by card over the phone to the office. A very professional service. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend to others.
Very efficient, friendly and honest service. They repaired the worn out door locks on my van while I waited, re-pinning the rear door barrel from the key, a much cheaper option than buying a whole new lock. Very reasonably priced too. Will definitely go again with any key/lock related problems and recommend anyone else to do the same.
Excellent service. I had an old metal cabinet with two locks that needed replacement keys. Because it had two different types of old locks, other locksmiths turned it down. BML replied to my email within hours, assessed the photos I sent, and said they could do it. I took the cabinet into them the following day, and the job was done the same day. Superb service - speedy, friendly & professional. Very highly recommended.
Key in the barrel was broken in half . Called the locksmith from Birmingham Master LockSmith company. Locksmith was very helpful, changed the lock n 3 keys for a reasonable price. He also offered to drop the keys to letting agents as this was for a rental property. Excellent service. Will definitely recommend. Thank you
Although good place for keys, locks and other items however it is a rip off for things like fobs. The fob for £15 from this shop has actual cost of less than £1. The staff is rough and less negotiable. Problem this is the best choice in city centre with its own demerits. Anyhow still it is a good option in the city centre

I've been using Birmingham Master Locksmiths for well over 4 years now both professionally and privately. They are very knowledgeable about the products on the market and give excellent advise. When installing locks for me, they always arrive on time, complete a high quality job and leave the building in a tidy state. There has never been a problem they cannot solve!
Went in to see how much it was to cut a key with my mother, and the man in the shop was extremely rude. With very bad customer service. Sure to say I'll go elsewhere when service surly can't get any worse.
