Good seats but quite cold in cinema at times. Also volume very poor noticed this last time here also screen 2. My phone would be louder than it was. Movie almost silent when it rains as there doesn’t appear to be sound proofing on the roof. Disappointing.. UPDATE reduced to 2 stars showing 0/4 new movies this weekend.

Great Cinema and very friendly staff, great movie experience

Serve food at the bottom with no trays. Nachos like card board and cheese that like powder jalapeños also off. Ridiculous prices aswel staff unhelpful couldn’t be bothered. Awful set up with wanting tickets top and bottom when carrying snacks up 2 flights of stairs . Only decent thing in the place was the chairs so that’s why they got 1 star wouldn’t recommend at all avoid go else where.

Movie dates are always complete when ever we watch a movie here. They have the different theatres and you can also book your movie online before heading out. That way it’s easier to just walk in, print your ticket and enjoy your movie. It’s hassle free. Perfect place for a few friends to go watch. Super comfortable chairs and the ambiance, wow.

Went to watch jaws 2022 3d as it is my favourite movie of all time. I was presented with the 3d glasses we all remember from 30 years ago but thought okay I-will give it a go. It was awful the picture was blurred with double vision in my left eye. I asked but was told these were the only glasses available. This is the first movie I have ever walked out on and I feel the need to let you know what I experienced.

Our car is about to run out of gas, so we have to go to the Applegreen at North St as soon as possible to avoid affecting the subsequent use. The movie I saw at the Omniplex Cinema Derry last week was so horrible that I spent the whole week sitting and fidgeting after watching it. I think I 'm probably not suitable for watching horror movies.

Decent cinema though the adjustable seats are a bit uncomfortable for some of us.

We are watching Avatar  , the film is amazing the seat are amazing but the BAD THING WAS THE HEATING WAS NOT HOT ENOUGH  ITS FREEZING!

Sound was far too loud. Seats were very comfy Popcorn was salty not sweet  We asked for sweet popcorn.

I went to watch avatar and it was freezing there were no heat at all it was so cold for 3h
