I would give ZERO stars if I could. The drivers attempt to charge more than what is told on the phone. They also "forget" to remind you on the phone during the booking that their fares are a "a fare and a half" prices on Bank Holidays. They only let you know when the taxi shows up to your door and you don't have enough change on you. UBER it is from now on. A shame really, as local cab companies used to be so good. Being pushed aside by the bigger pooling services is a problem they create for themselves though. I was planning to open up a tab and use regularly. Now they have lost what could have been a loyal customer because of terrible communication and bad customer relations. Also, when I queried the hike in price, I was told "well, you should have known". Pathetic.

Horrible service and never pick up the phone. Lying for the prices. On the phone they say one price and when they drop you off the driver ask for more money.

My friend ordered a cab from this company this Early morning to take me home to South East London, the lady on the phone said it would be £65 and I had “to pay him up front” which was incredibly rude, as I desperately had to get home I accepted. He didn’t take the money upfront when I got in the car.  The cab arrived on time and got me home quickly. Now two things with the journey, the meter was on most of the journey and I could see it was going to cost around £55, as we got 5 minutes from my home he turned it off!! When I asked him why he said “you were quoted a flat fare” I said well why have the meter on at all?? He just shrugged. I think he thought the fare was going to be more on the meter so he could charge me more and when it was a lot less he turned it off. Second thing it was very hot in the cab so I opened the window, the driver asked me to shut it as he said the wind was going in his ear, he said he’d turn the heating off he did for a short while then put it back on full blast. I felt quite ill when I left the car.

Rude and unhelpful lady on the phone. Not trains due strike I called for a taxi from the abbey to Oxford Circus, she didn’t  bother to answer me. Thank you for nothing

The ladies who answer the phones and book the cabs seemed lovely. But my last experience wasnt at all good with them. I Only went with them as my usual cab company had no cabs for half an hour. I now wish i had waited.The cab driver was creepy, charged me a hell of alot for a local drop off & made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

I agree with all of the negative reviews, driver tried to charge £20 for a local drop off. Taking advantage of a vulnerable elder lady. And a £25 drop off fee,last year, TK Maxx to Premier Inn. Disgusting

Used them for long long time, wife order cab from tesco saying need big cab for trolley, few bags so they send small cab then send another and the cab was a lady driver who say can't lift as she had bad arm and wife had cancer. Should she be driving.

Great service.  Thank you to the taxi driver who found my bank card and delivered it to me in person.
