Just had a monster burger from here. totally disappointing its gone downhill since the change of owners. no salad in 2 of the burgers despite asking . and not at all a monster burger like it used to be. Just a burger with 1 egg and 1 slice of bacon. Last visit to this place thanks

My grandmother ordered food to be delivered to her house, after being 45 minutes late and several phone calls asking them where they are they refused to bring the food because they claimed they they'd been up twice and couldn't find her flat when they simply could have asked for directions as we rang them several times regarding the order, absolutely disgusting customer service.
