So Risca Domino’s you suck on so many levels! Firstly, when someone orders gluten free make gluten free piza! Don’t go ringing up to check an order! That’s what the apps for. Secondly, if someone calls answer the damn phone! It’s called customer service you muppets! Thirdly, when the customer has to drive all the way down to have the full order remade as it’s gotten cold while trying to call your ignorant butts, you don’t argue about it when you made food that someone has an allergy to, you refund It especially when that pizza is going to a diabetic family! And you offer credit if you ever want another order again you 3.5 star waste of spaces! But above all else when a customer complains your not answering your calls and is in the takeaway, you don’t let them stand their listening to your phone ring for 20 minutes when there's about 10 of you behind the counter! P.S pick up the pizza boxes on the floor in your waiting area! They are a food hygiene issue if you use them and a health and safety issue to customers! Its a place of work not your bedroom floor!

The best pizza locally, usually order and collect, pizza is always ready quickly and deals on the app or website mean prices are great. I have had countless orders made, my kids love pizza, eveytime the the pizza and ideals have been great, I have had no reason to complain.

We had a lovely takeaway off dominoes risca it came in good time good price we had it through an offer posted through our letterbox and was very tasty will definitely be going back

Never answer the phone!!!! Rude!! & ALWAYS get order wrong!!! Terrible - they don’t even deserve one star
