This used to be nice centre with a big variety of different shops.half the population but bustling. Now tacky and cheap.
When councillors allowed Asda in and OUT went the market it was beginning of downfall.

Too many empty units.
The town really needs revamping and more variety. 
It's just phone shops, poundshops and coffee shops.  Let's get some zing back!

Typical 60's open air shopping centre. As with a of of towns several empty units & a few charity shops + Boots, Clinton's, Gregg's, WH Smith, Poundland & jewelers.

Rubbish car parking idea just started. Dunstable should be encouraging people to shop not putting up barriers. As many other people have said to me I will never shop in the quadrant again. Sorry for the shops as my family used to spend a lot of money here as convenient and nice shops.....home goal to dunstable

More shops closed than open , extortionate parking prices & high business rates make the experience of running a shop difficult. The rest of the town centre is pretty much dead. Blame local council for being inward looking & in total denial of the situation. Traffic chaos & pollution are the norm.
