Nicely regenerated I think stylishly done, but not so much to turn off people who like a normal pub. Great staff, toilets are obviously attended to regularly, nice and clean. Glasses are clear, clean Decent selection on tap, lots available on the top shelf, smoking in a covered area in the garden, generally all round a nice place to be
Very comfortable interesting place to enjoy a drink, well supported after a major refurb. I was less impressed by the quality of the beers. My London Pride and my wife's Spanish lager were both a bit off. Try the wine next time.
First visit since refurbishment and reopening. Very nice and good service. Only minor point was that it felt very cold when we visited. Might just be as it had just opened when we got there? Will visit again.

Love this place, the decor is amazing and the layout means you aren't on top of everyone else that's visiting.
Great locals pub in the heart of Coleford with plenty of seating space, inside and out. Very friendly. Check out the magic Guinness machine! Doesn't accept cards, but is opposite a bank ATM.
Lovely place, modern and comfortable! Good for our town!
200 years old but unfortunately it's toilet facilities match its age. The ladies was out of order and there is only one toilet for the men.
Fab little bar. Sophisticated decor. Fabulous atmosphere
