Waited nearly 2 hours for delivery.. it said that it was on the way so phoned the shop, to ask how long it would be as it was apparently out for delivery for 20 minutes. I live 10 mins away. They told me there still preparing so after this I continued to wait another 45 minutes. When food came it was freezing cold. We ordered chips and curry and chips and gravy. Didn't get a picture of the chips and gravy. But they was literally no sauce. For the price you're paying it's a joke. Don't order and avoid at all cost. Abit annoyed I ordered before checking reviews anyway becuase they are shocking I don't know how there still open
I ordered take out 2 jumbo sausages and chips both were barely warm when i ate them at the metrolink tram stop had they been hot as they should have been only walking id say two minutes walk to the tram stop which is no distance away id have given better marks as the prices are fair the portion is a good size and had it been hot im sure i would have been giving a far better review room for improvement
Poor service poor food, and again poor customer service. Food shocking and unappealing. Soggy scampi, nasty lettuce and cold chips.
Ordered over an hour ago, called up and they said its being prepared and gonna be sent out. They are 5 mins drive away! I asked to cancel and refund they HUNG UP ON ME! I tried everything i could to cancel and they wouldn't let me. Then when it got here it was the fish was raw, batter was raw, all the chips are burnt and battered sausage was soggy. Absolutely disgusting both food, and the attitude of the place, not even the dog would touch this.
Absolutely shocking. Went in ordered and when I got home the food was awful. It wants hot. The sausages was nasty, hard chips. My son’s pie was greasy. Husband had a kebab says it was ok. It was a waste of money definitely won’t go back and don’t recommend
