Having not tried Kurry Express for a while, I gave it another chance last night, to be left dissatisfied again. We ordered 2 special kebabs. The cost was £24, so I assumed that we would be getting a decent portion of food, however this wasn't the case. The food took over an hour to arrive and was cold. They had not sent us the correct sauces and we were sent a single tray of salad to share between 2, especially frustrating after paying so much. The portions were tiny, 3 pieces of chicken on each kebab. The lamb was incredibly tough and tasteless. I would not recommend Kurry Express.
Absolutely outstanding food alround. We had the full lot. Pizzas, kebabs, curries. The pizzas were on point and the mix kebab was smashing
Poor service asked for a Lamb Rogan Josh with rice- ended up with a masala sauce no lamb. Went back and owner refused to provide replacement rice with LRJ. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Stroppy service when the fault was entirely their mistake. In short, we waited 2 hours for our food with countless ‘it’s round the corner’ promises before we started to get angry. Suggested they gave us some free stuff to compensate but the food came cold & with NO FREEBIES. Disgraceful. Never ordering again.
