The only people that put effort into making delivery acceptable is the people acurlalt deliver the food. Other than that the staff are useless, rude, ignorant people. Every time you tell them about a problem they always hang up the phone. This particular dominos owes me £32! I’m absolutely sick of the irresponsible behaviour that this place gives. They always say have you checked your order probably but the thing with me is I always take a screenshot just in case as this happens on a regular bases. This is by far the worst service ever and the staff are incredibly rude. (Excluding the delivery staff)

Went above and beyond to make sure I got my delivery! Plus pizzas are always piping hot and very tasty!! 😋

Order a pizza online Phoned up the store as on the app it said the pizza had been delivered. Was fobbed off when calling up that the pizza is out for delivery for 20 minutes. Finally spoke to the "manager" who was very abusive down the phone, he was adamant that the delivery driver claimed to have tried to deliver the pizza but "kids came to the door and said they didn't order one" Funny thing is there is no kids at my house????? Yet he was still confrontational and wouldn't admit liability. I had to go in to the store to pick up my cold food which they wouldn't remake or refund. Very unprofessional manager from such a highly regarded business. Wouldn't waste your time. Many other quality fast food stores in the area. Will definitely not be ordering from here again

Disgusting customer service. Do not order pizza from this place. £16 for a pizza and you are told you are a lier on the phone when asking where your order is. Worst customer service in the UK.

Outrageous! The order took 2hours to arrive. Having to call up when the order was going to be arrived, they never answered. Then decided to go in to the store and told us that the delivery has been sent out. However when I was home it didn’t come till 20minutes after(only live 7mins away).anyway the food arrived and was extremely cold. Wouldn’t order here again
