What can I say about the team at daycare and at the overnight boarding they are truly amazing they really go above and beyond in looking after your pet. I was mortified when the lady on reception told me she left my dog alone in a room as he had anxiety going into meet the other dogs! So much so I stopped going immediately! My dog now goes to Bruce’s and loves it! This lady long dark haired women was emotionally detached and heartless as far as I was concerned! My dogs name is Spirit ! Please check they can deal with dogs that have anxiety I found it traumatic! ‍

Just found out that our dog was put in kennels when we had paid for her to be in the luxury accommodation. Our dog had previously been abandoned twice before we rescued her and had spent a lot of time in kennels which is why we would never put her through that again. We only found out by accident that she had been put in kennels instead of what we paid for. When we complained we were told that we were wrong and that we had chosen to put her in the normal kennels. We will never trust old Clayton again.

I use the barking success day care for the puppy social mornings and occasionally for 2 hours each day for my 18 week old deaf Dalmatian pup! They are brilliant with him and very good at helping him build confidence, he’s always well looked after and the staff are lovely to him! Would highly recommend.

Lovely facilities and staff, I book a double enclosure for my two cats which has a door in between so they can be separated or together depending on their mood! I always feel comfortable leaving them at Old Clayton.

My girls go to the 'nursery' 2/3 times a week. The people are amazing, great with our dogs and very knowledgeable. Despite having a poorly dog, they are happy for her to attend and make sure she is ok. My girls love going and don't want to leave!!

Great kennels, great staff.  Dog Bernard had a 2'week stay there and he was well looked after and loved..

I don’t know what’s happened to this place but it’s really gone downhill - they hardly ever answer the phone and if you are fortunate enough to get through to them, the person on the phone has no idea how to take a booking! Avoid

Our dog at age 12 was there with his meds, he died after 2 days in their care and when I got his heart meds/drugs back they hadn’t given them to him. If your dog needs medication don’t leave him there, I don’t think they can read instructions. No amount of apology will surfice.

They are just amazing! We left our dog, Fred, with them for our first holiday since getting him as a rescue. He is dog reactive when with us and we were very unsure about how he would be. They managed to mix him with other dogs and the photos of him happily running with others and enjoying himself, put our minds at rest.  Would definitely be using them again. First class service . Everyone is always very polite, knowledgeable and they genuinely love all the dogs , cats and other animals they care for.
