Practice was really good. V professional. Appt was charged as stated. Vet went the extra mile and sorted a cyst on our dog. All part of the fee which was quoted. No extra charging, no up selling lots of drugs etc. helpful and kind. Totally different to our previous vet practice! Impressed! Big thank you.

My cat Mushky and I have received first class, professional, empathetic and kind support from everyone who has assisted us through some tough times. Thank you to Ben, Holly and the locum Roy, as well as ALL the staff who work in the premises; you have been incredibly welcoming and I appreciate all the information you provide to an anxious owner.
I can not recommend the team here enough. My cat needed surgery but the cost my original vets quoted was something I could not commit tso I felt the best thing would be for me to hand him over to cats protection as this would have been the only way he could get the treatment he needed. This was not an easy decision and it took a lot of phone calls and emails for me to get to that point. I had totally lost hope and was beside myself. Luckily my mum popped into the practise last minute to ask for some advise and they advised they could carry out the surgery and provide the treatment for almost half the price!!!! I couldn't believe it, so I quickly got him registered and booked in. From start to finish the team were amazing and provided the best care for my boy. If it wasn't for Ben and his great team, I would not have my boy with me now, I can't thank them enough.
I joined Pet Practice around a year ago and have always found the service exceptional. The nursing and reception team are always friendly and helpful and we have built up a good relationship over the last year. The vet team are compassionate and sympathetic and treat every animal with respect. The knowledge they have is excellent and you can rest assured your pets are in good and safe hands with them. I would not hesitate to give them a glowing reference. Well done to Ben and the team!
A very professional and clean vet - high quality & they care for your pet! They treated my two dogs excellent and came up with good solutions for us. We all felt very well in this clinic. The team is incredible friendly and professional how it should be. We even got an appointment at the same day we called and we were not registered with them before. Thank God this clinic and team exist! All in all 5 stars and I would definitely recommend this clinic.
I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. As well as putting me at ease, I have never seen our cat so relaxed with a vet! I was given plenty of constructive advice after our cat had a thorough check up. This was my first visit and I have no concerns about further appointments. Five stars!
We swapped to here last year from another vets. The team here are so kind and caring that it makes the longer journey totally worth it. The vets have been wonderful with both our cats and our elderly dog. They really take the time to show you exactly what to do with medications and how to tackle problems to prevent reocurrance. A fantastic vets that we 100% recommend.
