This is for the receptionist who was so rude to me in my cat's hour of need. I asked to speak to the vet as my cat's condition had deteriorated after being taken in by them in Saturday, I also added that I had a 45 minute journey to bring him to them. She then told me, I needed to choose one vet practice and stay with them. She then told me I was not a customer anymore and should stick with my London practice. A total shame as the vet care has been good.
Croft is a super friendly group. No request is too big! Everyone is always happy to help you... over the phone or in the practice.
All five of our pets have been cared for by Crofts and the whole team are simply wonderful. From booking to appointment, both our animals and we, as owners, are looked after - both for routine appointments and emergencies.
A fantastic vet surgery who has resorted my trust in vets. They have helped me and my spaniels out on two occasions when we had emergency bumps or scrapes on a walk and both times they have been reassuring, transparent and professional. They have followed up after surgery, stayed in touch and when things have gone pear shaped wound reopened they were accommodating and fair, I’ve never had an invoice which I have felt is unjustified as I have with other vet practices, and the nurses and vets have been caring and personable throughout. I can highly recommend Crofts, and genuinely trust them with both my girls needs.
We use Crofts as our vets but I thought I’d fire this review off after an emergency appointment for our dog Meg. The staff were, as they have always been, thoughtful and kind and very accommodating. The surgery itself is charmingly dressed and a quiet calm place to be in. The vet was equally charming, informative and professional. Would absolutely recommend.
Excellent care provided on every occasion that Bella visits the practice.
Great ongoing experience! This veterinary clinic continues to be of great help with fantastic doctors who are compassionate and care about the wellbeing of our cats, while giving us plenty of information so we can make the right decisions for them. Reception is helpful over the phone and can normally get us a next day appointment.
Very well organised during the current climate and Lisa is very very good with rodents. Even slightly chunky one's and little one's.
Very friendly staff, and relaxed feel to the place. Car park busy when we arrived. Surgery seems to have gone very well
