Bought a pair of black boots online for my daughter, when they arrived they were different shades and the faded one looked like it had been worn or used see picture. There were lace indentations on the tongue. I returned them to my local store in Southampton where the assistant who was very helpful said one had been a display hence the faded colour, and they should never have been sent out to me. The most disturbing aspect is that Office asked me to review the product, which I did, giving them a poor review and they refuse to publish it saying it does not concentrate on the boots, just the delivery. This is a lie. My review does not, it concentrates on the boots, they just don't want a poor review, very underhand. So if you are reading their reviews on their website they may not give a true pictures and may not include poor reviews, hence my Google review!
Poor attitude from the manager in store. No customer service and almost wanted to get the last word in even though I was perfectly civil when they were in the wrong!! Shame, because some of the floor workers were very helpful, especially the pink haired avenged sevenfold fan!
Terrible service from a prepubescent arrogant little twerp. Why do office insist on child labour. If I want to be irritated by annoying children I'll go to St. Deny's community center's playground. I definitely won't be going there again. Well done Office!
Lovely ,helpful staff.The shop is well designed and always looks clean and fresh,fabulous footwear.And staff happy to order anything you require if its not available instore
Visited office West Quay Southampton. They don't even have the decency to change the opening times stated on the websites. Arrived at 7pm when it says closes at 8pm but they were closed as well as West Quay. Waste of a trip and parking money!
not a big shop, but has a good selection of shoes. staff is friendly and helpful
Terrible service, the Adidas nmd’s were damaged out of the stock room, staff weren’t interested, avoid and go elsewhere.
