My mum and I spent a good 20 minutes in this store trying on different shoes, we were greeted by a lovely member of staff called Julia, who was very patient and friendly with us while we spent time deciding what we wanted. In the end we bought two new pairs of shoes and wanted to say thank you for her amazing service
Got an incredible pair of vegan schuh's from there. Probably my most worn and most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever had the pleasure of wearing.
Not entirely sure of the name of the gentleman that helped me make a decision on purchasing some Doc Martens but he has ginger hair and was extremely kind and friendly and explained his experiences with the brand himself and helped me choose some for myself extremely grateful
Great selection of footwear. Doesn't get a 5 star as not enough staff on hand to assist; had to wait a while and even then once had staff member aware was trying to purchase he was serving someone else at the same time so kept flitting between the two of us which was a little frustrating.
Was served by Jess today in Southampton west quay store. Helped me with an exchange after receiving wrong size shoe from online order. All done with correct shoes in 5 mins. Extremely helpful, thank you.
At the start of the week I reserved and paid for a pair of Vans for a relatives Christmas present. I then went into the store later on in the week to collect and I was told they were nowhere to be found. A lovely girl Chloe then appeared apologising profusely offering me a refund, not ideal as it was only a couple of days before Xmas. She then offered to go and collect the shoes personally from another store and drive to my house to drop them off. I wasn’t going to let her do that as I live fairly far out in the forest. We agreed she would go and collect them and bring them to the store and I’d come back the next day. I came back the next day and as promised there they were ready to go. Please thank Chloe personally for me, her customer service was fantastic and she completely turned a negative experience around into a positive one!
Went into store to have a look at some new shoes, staff were really friendly and were very helpful, was unable to get the shoes i wanted due to an issue with Klarna, however the staff were as helpful as can be although the issue was with klarna and not themselves they still tried their best to help. The person who served us i believe their name was Corra, customer service skills 10/10, very friendly and very helpful,
Horrified to see about four of the young ladies on a Saturday morning 11/02/23 serving the customers in cropped tops and low rise trousers ! Obviously just come straight from the night club ! Seriously ladies I am sure your male shoe sales have gone up, but there is a time and a place ! Retail trainer .
We were looking for 2 pairs of trainers for my husband. We were served by a delightful young lady Imogen. We bought the 2 pairs. She was so helpful and all with a smiley face. We will return because of this excellent customer service. Thank you
Went in here for mission impossible to buy new trainers and had fantastic service. Will definitely come here next time I want trainers!
