Terrible, let 2 of our group in then when the rest of us went in declined us. Showed passport to him and he said it was too old it’s one year old attitude terrible
The cinema was like a sauna. Literally one of the hottest rooms I’ve ever had the misfortune of sitting in. Everyone was complaining. After 30 minutes a few of us went to get a cold drink and were told that everything was shut. At a time when cinemas are crying out for money seemed weird to shut up and not sell me a cold drink for 10000% more than a shop does.nNever again. Well maybe in the middle of winter when I’m cold, but I’ve got a feeling it will be freezing then. So all in all. Better to stay at home and wait to stream it. Going to the cinema is dead and this is one of the reasons why.
Wouldn't go again. At £5 it's great value but the cinema screen was tiny and the seats awful. I paid for the Premier seat and still confused what was Premier about it? The colour maybe? Had back ache within 30 mins, same for my wife.
Stutter bug let two of our male mates in to the cinema with no id us girls go to go in and don’t let us in and was incredibly rude then one or the other males shows him his id and said that he needs a most recent photo when his passport was from last year. Absolutely disgusted with this behaviour and will not be returning because of this worker and how he has made us feel
Two of us just spent half hour trying to book Prima Facie with Jodie Comer which is on next Monday 18 Sept at 2pm. Absolutely impossible, robots or no robots, seats ‘not recognised’ despite clearly selecting them, email ‘not recognised’ and then final insult ‘wrong voucher code’ - we haven’t even got a voucher, we don’t want one, we just want to BOOK THE MOVIE! And no, we don’t want to watch Wolverine. Or boost our experience with snacks. Absolute rubbish
