Screen, very good Sound, excellent Seating, very very bad. You pay more than the showcase in Nottingham which by the way is the best cinema anywhere near here. For this price you expect comfy seats and lots of leg room instead you get no leg room and seats from the 1950's after an hour or two your bottom feels like you been sitting on an elephant. Go if it's for being local but unless they change the seats I'm going to the showcase it's cheaper and much much more comfy.

Every member of staff introduced themselves, helped my mother who has walking difficulties to her seat and we're just so very friendly. A young man named Joe was particularly attentive and we had a lovely evening watching the ballet. This c is the most personally friendly cinema I have visited and we have stopped going to Lincoln in preference to Newark as the experience is streets ahead. The staff should be rewarded accordingly as they are bringing the customers to Newark I am sure of this

staff here are so friendly and helpful. Will make sure you get best value for money and make recommendations for you. Bonus ... Costa coffee downstairs 😁

I meet friends here for an evening at the flicks and, without a doubt, the staff here are excellent. The facilities are excellent but, and that's the nature of cinema, some of the films don't come up to scratch. However, recent gems include Darkest Hour, Lady Bird, and Peter Rabbit.

They have great staff who recommend the best options on food and drinks. They have good quality popcorn and drinks. The films are on at the right time and they have a wide variety for both children and adults.
