The staff was very rude to my kid and scolded at her loudly. My daughter drew something childishly on the cold surface of the refrigerator’s glass just by using her finger. I think he can ask her to stop but not scold at her loudly. Everyone looked at my daughter and she felt very hurtful. His attitude is very bad. I left the supermarket at once and went to another shop. I found that the prices of the products at another supermarket nearby is rather cheaper.
Regarding the review from Panki Lui, sounds like you are just a bad parent. Never had an issue at this store, staff always very polite.
Best chinese grocery store in Cambridge. Staff are just amazing and the store is very very clean. Only trouble is with the parking, which is at least 10 walk from the store.
Well stocked with a range of imported goods. The guy at the till was pleasant and conversational. I will definitely be coming back soon.
Superb, I stumbled upon this Gem whist hunting the streets of Cambridge looking for Cow Statues. I only needed MSG as I'd ran out and had been let down by an online supplier. Super nice people, and they stock pretty much everything. I only wish they were on line, but if they would relocate to where I live that would be super helpful
Great selection of asian foods, particularly Japanese, can find things that you won't be able to find anywhere else. Very big selection or ramen and noodles of course, some fresh veggies too. They also have Pokemon canned drinks!
The staff here are just amazing. Every-time we go we find something new to try! We always just can’t wait for our next trip to Ocean Supermarket!!!
The shop was refurbished not long ago, fairly clean. I can pretty much find all the ingredients I need for cooking an authentic Chinese meal, though most of the food are fairly experience. You can find some cute drinks there.
Excellent shop, always has what I need when I need it, from a specific brand of cooking sauce to a nostalgic sweet or treat I'm craving from asia. Staff are flalways friendly and helpful.
Jackson and his team are just great, always eager to help you with any Asian products you need! Fully recommended! I always buy stuff for Chinese hot pot, snacks and Dumplings... The best!
