Hello Merhaba ,folks, Give them a broad smile as they come and go. Try to be caring and helpful as much as you possibly can. Do not let your customers think ill of you, about this or that. You know we are not very appreciated in the eyes of many non-Turkish nationals. Do not give the any chance to have them spread bias rumours so that you might lose customers. Refrain from speaking too much Turkish in front of them; some of them might have a chip on their shoulders!! SMILE...AND THE WORLD WILL SMILE WITH YOU. AND GIVE THEM RECEIPTS, AND TRY TO ACCEPT THEIR COMPLAINTS WITH GOOD HEART, if necessary reimbursed them. May God make your business more prosperous and more lucrative as the days roll by. Very good selection of fresh veg and other (mainly Turkish) items like bread and cheese, as well as all the basics. Long opening hours for this sort of shop. Lifesaver if you're missing something for dinner! Clearly family run.

Yes, they have a nice range of products but their staff (constantly speaking Turkish, no offence meant) follow you around the shop as if you were a criminal... While I have been charged more than my basket contained a few times, with a lame apology when challenged. I strongly advise you to ask for an itemised receipt every time! This is my experience over the last few years, btw. Today was obvious.

Disgusting manners, very rude to the clients because is her shop, absolutely ridicules behaviour talking in your own language when clients around. Nasty young woman.

Horrible customer service. Today, I went to return a box of 6 eggs to International Supermarket as the two I opened were rotten. I really live close by. I bought these a day before and their expiry was 4th of Nov, 2016. The lady at the counter was not accommodating enough to take back a £1 pack of eggs. I let them keep the eggs and left without my pound. Although, it is just a pound and I don't care about it, I believe that the shop keepers should be wise enough to actually look into this issue with their supplier and correct the problem instead striving to save a pound and losing a customer. You definitely have lost one regular customer.
