This is probably the best chippy I've had the pleasure of dining in. Fresh Food, Clean, Great customer service. What a fantastic place please try it just once if you are ever in Birmingham Town Centre. Its a few doors away from the iconic Peaky Blinders Pub . Very generous portions, I could not finish my meal. Nice ambience and always smiling staff. Traditional Fish 'n' Chips. Good value for your money.
Overcharged regardless of menu prices, got my order wrong asked for small gave me medium burnt donner meat - do not try it rubbish place needs closing downFood: 1/5
My first time eating here today & was such an awful experience. The woman who served myself and my friends was rude and made us feel rushed, and the food wasn’t as nice as we expected it to be. To top it off when we asked for tomato sauce, it was given in a garlic mayo bottle mixed with vinegar!! The shop was also very dirty, tables didn’t look clean and the bins were overflowing. Not happy at all, and I hate giving bad reviews but please take care when it comes to going to new places for food.
2nd time here and absolutely amazing food, cheap and brilliant service. They always go above and beyond to make sure my kids are catered for when eating in. It was a really good size portion fed 2 adults and 2 little ones for under £5 and left over
Very friendly owner and great customer service. But fish and chips is mediocre at best. Fish was tasteless and falls apart instantly from the batter.
Great chippy working under extreme pressures to keep prices reasonably priced food is always good chips are great will always visit here when in townFood: 5/5
fab fab fab fish and chips they are sooooo tasty definately going back the portions are big as well, lots of salt n vinegar mmmmm
The service was great, I was greeted by a cheerful lady who took my order which was Roe and Chips. I had to wait about 5 minutes for my tinned roe to cook which I didn't mind. Now, the meal itself was rather disappointing - the chips were very dense and their appearance had them looking like they weren't cooked for very long. The batter on the roe was very soggy and it just fell off the roe. All in all that's one of the worst bag of chips I've had. I've gave 2 stars as opposed to one because of the cheerful lady who served me, had it been someone grumpy this place would of got a one star.
Best fosh n chips I've had in my life, and ive tried alot from different places, this one hits different, 10/10
One of the best authentic chippys in brum..if not the best. Food is always perfect, what ever your choice. Staff are great. Prices are more than fair, especially for city centre and hasn't changed in all the years I've been going there. Eat from here alot more than I should
