The most horrible experience encountered, the employee behind the counter explained to us that if we were to pay £20.00 for our meal (£5 just for a burger), we would have included a portion of fries and a drink, only to find out that after a debit card transaction is made the management took no thought and consideration towards us as customers, using the excuse of the place being busy and relying on fast turn around times for orders being placed. We argued our points across to only have another employee who seemed like the manager clearly saying “it’s a miss in communication, however there’s nothing that can be done, you will have to pay extra”. I’d rate this establishment to 0 if given the opportunity, poorly managed, poor customer experience. Would 100% recommend staying away from this place! (Forgot to mention the burger looked as if it was clearly put on the fryer for 5 seconds before serving).
