Lovely little bridal and prom dress shop. We booked an appointment to try on their prom dresses and we were absolutely blown away with their variety. The lovely lady explained all dresses are made to order. She was very informative and enthusiastic. We felt very welcome and really enjoyed our time shopping and trying on different dresses. The prices are very good compared too, compared with other prom dress retailers.
The whole experience was fantastic, my daughter was made to feel like a princess. Lucy, was very professional and had a clear knowledge of all the dress styles and materials. An absolute amazing assistant. And of course my daughter said yes to the dress. Thanks so much! 1000% recommended.
I highly recommed this shop. Beautiful dresses. Reasonable prices. A welcoming atmosphere and lovely staff. Lucy helped us greatly throughout the appointments and managed to find a prom dress that both myself and my daughter fell in love with. If another occasion ever appears, I will gladly return to the store.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Lucy was attentive and knowledgeable and put my nervous, picky daughter at ease. The dress range was excellent and we felt spoilt for choice. My daughter said yes to the dress, which was a little unexpected as the first prom dress shop we visited had not one dress she liked.
This was a fabulous experience for both me & my daughter,... Lucy is a fantastic assistant ,she knows her job very well indeed, she makes u feel so comfortable so the whole experience was an absolute joy , and after 20 r so dresses latr and 3 times bk to the shop she finally yes to the dress. So thank you very much Lucy it was a joyxx
Went today 27/10/22, to just really get an idea on Prom dresses , but came out having ordered one Some lovely styles and colours and the service was excellent Would highly reccomend this shop T. Jones
We had 2 appointments at occasions to find my little sisters prom dress. What an amazing experience from start to finish. Having been to other dress shops in the area previously and leaving feeling deflated it was lovely to find somewhere so friendly and helpful. With help from the staff she found a fabulous dress and was made to feel amazing throughout the whole process. Would 100% recommend.
A great experience choosing my daughters prom dress. Lucy was fantasic and made my daughter and I feel welcome and at ease. Never rushed or pressured. Great range to choose from and talked us though everything. We can't wait to go back when her dress arrives
My daughter & I went along to our Prom Dress appointment at Occasions last night to be greeted by Lucy probably the most helpful, patient, honest & enthusiastic Shop Assistant we have experienced throughout this process. What an asset to Sam at Occasions! The shop had plenty of choice, good quality at a range of prices. And your dress is ordered in new. GO and see for yourself and if you are lucky enough to meet Lucy your experience will be even more enjoyable.........and she said Yes to the dress!
