Staff friendly on the boat
a nice day tour to Isle of Mull and Staffa, fantastic, the Ferry Terminal has very nice personal, we have boarded just in the last minute. very quiet and beautiful harbour
Well organised. We boarded the ferry quickly and safely.
Nice clean terminal but the parking at the moment is a let down as it is around 10 min walk from the actual ferry terminal; however, once you leave there are great views of Oban.
Nice clean spacious ferry terminal. Had our tickets from West Coach Tours and could go straight to waiting/boarding area at first floor. They have 2 gates with signboards indicating destination, just like an airport. When ferry is moored and everyone disembarked, passengers may board whilst cars/tru ks are being driven on board. When a walk-on passenger go to the left and one more floor up on the ferry to the observation room. The space with the biggest windows and seats arranged to look outside.
Wonderful trip with the ferry to island of Mull. Simple and quick process.
Got here with plenty of time to spare staff at booth were friendly and chatty said we could go for a walk as long as we were back for 0920 but just sat in car watching a fishing boat do its stuff an the ferry before mine sail out of the port.. what a way to our weekend away in mull with the sun shinning and it's not even 0900 yet... happydayz!!
The terminal building is clean, spacious and clear covid19 restrictions in place. Toilets handy near exit and better to go before you leave as car passengers have to stay in their cars. Plenty of space to park in ferry lanes as several ferries leave from here to several islands.
It takes an hour to go Mull And costs £7.6 return ticket on foot. Mull bus & ferry timetable attached :
Great easy access to the islands. Simple boarding and transit.
