I went to see Graham in September 2014 about having braces fitted just on my top teeth. I was made to feel that anything was possible. Graham went through everything properly and wasn't just a typical dentist that was looking to make money out of you. Lets just say 8 Months later I have just had my braces taken off (05/06/15) and the result is amazing. I'm so glad I trusted Graham and went through with it, it has certainly put a smile back on my face :-) Thank you so much Graham and the Smile Team :-)

Had an awful experience with my sons first dental visit they had no toddler skills were against breastfeeding with outdated knowledge and when he hit his head on the light and I tried to comfort him they carried on regardless ignoring the fact he was crying and in pain will be looking for a child friendly dentist.

Until very recently, I was registered with Smile dental clinic after being moved over from Kinson dentist once they closed down. I have found the receptionists to be rude on all occasions and as a teacher, have found it extremely difficult to make an appointment, often having to book 3 or 4 months in advance. After telling the receptionist I was a teacher, she proceeded to offer me about 4 appointments in the day before really listening to what I was saying. I have had an appointment cancelled 2 days prior to the appointment with no explanation and barely an apology. Recently I travelled an hour through horrendous traffic after school from Highcliffe to Kinson, I tried 3 times to ring the dentist to explain and apologise that I would be late but no one answered. When I arrived at the dentist 10 minutes late, they had locked up. A dentist saw me through his window and then just shut his blinds. I also received dirty looks from two dental nurses leaving the clinic because I was sat in the car park. It would have been easy for someone to call me to tell me they were locking up. I didn't receive an apology from the receptionist when I called the next day, just a suggestion that a dentist closer to me may be more suitable. Members of my family have been kept waiting 20 minutes for an appointment at the start of the day yet almost refused an appointment when they were 5 minutes late and spoken to in a rude manner by the receptionist. It's a shame, because the dentist was lovely and very friendly but rest of experience was completely ruined.
