I had an appointment they said I need to visit a hospital and need to do few things charged me joining fee. But another dentist that I have visited fixed tooth with no problem. Really didn't like this place and a service was bad. Maybe I got to the wrong person I can't say anything about the rest.

I use to have a lovely dentist here... until he moved. Now left with a moody women who cant numb a tooth effectively. Very poor service with these guys. Very unhelpful. Always book you in for short waste of time appointments.

I have been a patient of Doctor Yazdani's for several years and I have to say that the service is fantastic. So much so that even after moving away from the area I kept her as my dentist. I cannot fault her professionalism and she always shows great care towards me and my teeth. All of the staff I also have met are professional and deliver a great level of customer service. Easily the best dentist I have had.

I am so pleased with my visit to this dentist. The reception team are lovely and always welcomed me with a smile. The dentist and her nurse are very good explaining and keep you at ease. You really feel you are being catered for. Couldn't fault it. Thank you to all the team.

At first the dentist I saw was friendly and professional and put me at ease. However I had to book in for a second appointment which due to work I had to cancel. I let them know over 24 hours before. When I arrived at my rebooked appointment at 12.30pm (16 minutes early) I was told I was booked in at 12pm and was then refused to be seen. If it was a genuine mistake then fine (I had my diary in front of me at the time of booking so there is no way I would have booked an appointment half an hour earlier than I could physically attend!) but they then refused to see me or let me rebook as an NHS patient. Very unhappy. I would have given less stars but as it started out okay I was generous.
