I have been a patient at this dentist for almost nine years, and rate them very highly. My dentist is Adina, and she is absolutely fantastic. She is kind, gentle and never recommends unnecessary treatments. I also see Imanta, the hygienist. Again she is absolutely great. It’s never nice having your teeth cleaned, but she is always as gentle as possible and gives advice as needed. I have always felt well looked after at this practice by all the staff even the reception team are lovely and so grateful that I found them.
As an NHS patient I am incredibly grateful to be with this practice which I have been for a number of years now. My dentist is just excellent and always provides a professional, thorough and friendly service. I'm kept informed about what's happening during treatment that for someone who is nervous about the dentist is very reassuring. Additionally I am given recommendations to help care for my teeth in-between visits. I'd highly recommend mydentist!
First of all, I was extremely happy that I actually got an appointment just before I was going away, and then the receptionist called me to say that there is an earlier appointment as there was a cancellation and knowing the urgency of my pain that I was going through . After seeing Adinas' magical hands extracting the tooth without any discomfort, I could not believe that within 10mins the pain disappeared after the extraction, the pain I was suffering for 4 weeks and tried all the other tricks in the book to get rid of the pain did not work. I have moved twice further away from the Dental Practice, but I still prefer to attend that particular Practice knowing that I am in safe hands and great quality of staff. Very kind and polite receptionist including the 2 assistants with Adina.
I had an appointment with the hygienist.Both ladies the hygienist and her assistantHala and Magdalena were very friendly and extremely welcoming.I am really scared of going to dentist ,but they were patient,very friendly and explained everything in details.they made me very relaxed and even joked.So I forgot all the stress. I would recommend anyone to have an appointment with them. Also the lady at the reception was very nice too.
This dental practice is very good. Heam is very patient with young children and my children actually enjoy going to see her. She gives top quality dental care.
Worst dentist in Bournemouth, seriously so rude , I am sure the receptionist is probably a Karen , who supports EDL lol I can tell how she speaks she is a racist , I will make sure everyone knows how racist my dentist is , and Karen find a new job , social skills isn’t for you maybe find another job on the moon
After a long time having not seen a dentist I was very nervous but all the staff were very friendly and after a few minutes I didn’t feel nervous at all. I’d almost go as far to say that I’m looking forward to my next visit.
I recently attended an appointment with the hygienist, who was very professional and I was very pleased with the result. She and and her assistant were both very friendly and made me feel relaxed. Great and successful experience! The receptionist is also extremely welcoming, which is really nice when you are not very keen to attend a dentist appointment in the first place!
Big shout out to Rhoda & Hala who were very kind and patient with this chicken me. Also Yelive on reception was lovely and helpful with the booking process. Hope I don’t cry much next time. See you guys soon.
After the pandemic our dentist close down, the only dentist accept my children, and very big thanks to Yelive very kind and a lovely receptions. Highly recommended private or NHS.
