All of the staff were exceptional in their roles. Lead receptionist Sam was friendly, welcoming and very informative when explaining the difficulties which the practice was experiencing in trying to recruit NHS dentists. Her advice gave reassurance that patients would be looked after and contacted as soon as possible for future appointments. The dental nurse was very chatty, and I can imagine would put nervous patients at ease. The dentist was very thorough, explained the procedure to be done, and acted in a kind and totally professional way. I have received first class treatment from a first class team. Thank you to each and everyone of you.
I visited the practice a couple of weeks ago and I had a lovely experience. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I'm usually quite nervous about going to the dentist, but the staff really put me at ease. As I was leaving, I met the practice manager, Angie, who was also very friendly and patient focused. Overall, I had a very positive visit.
Outstanding practice my appointment today was with the male dentist, himself and dental nurse Emma was lovely. Talked me through everything and made me feel at real ease. Reception team very welcoming and lovely. Best practice around in my opinion. Well done bupa
Came to Bupa as a referral from my own dentist! I had such a positive experience! The dentist and the nurse were amazing! They both kept me updated throughout the whole thing! And comforted me all the time! Thank you so much.
I go here with my family, sometimes waiting time is long 40 mins max maybe and my Mom has found that the dentists don't clean teeth properly when doing fillings etc. My dentist did a filling for me, i came back 3 months later and it was half gone because she didn't clean the cavity properly. But other than that, no problems, they are kind, and give good advice for hygiene etc.
Been today with a broken tooth, Emma who was lovely made me relax and feel comfortable, Antonio was just a gem taking the tooth out no fuss nothing was too much for either of them. I’m not one for dentist but defiantly the best one I’ve been to by far. Thank you. Kelly
If I could give a zero I would. My children, who are entitled to free NHS dental care, haven't been seen since before COVID. Last time they were seen was 2019!!!!! We've had appointments since face to face resumed but on each of the 4 occasions they've been booked in we've received letters to say the appointments have been cancelled, this has been done by yourselves and not us. On one occasion it was because the dentist had decided to go on holiday . We are told to ring and rebook but nobody answers the phone and I've rung at different times during the day. Now here's the best bit..... today I've been notified that my children's dentist has decided to go private but we can still be seen by her if we PAY!! Where's the free treatment all children should receive? We can also stay with the practice but for emergency only care...no routine check ups. It's an absolute discrace , it all revolves around money, money which some people cannot afford.
Previously given this practice a 5 star review as my dentist is great and the staff are friendly but I've changed my mind after yesterday when my appointment scheduled for February 14th was cancelled and moved to September 22nd! At my dentist's instruction I usually go every three months due to congenital issues I have with my teeth but now it'll be almost a year between appointments and that's if they don't cancel again. I seriously worry about what state my teeth will be in by that time.
I came in for my appointment with Priya, all of the staff were caring and informative, the dentist I saw, Priya was very gentle as well as her nurse Joanna, the receptionist Keeley was very warm and friendly and gave me lots of helpful information regarding BSP and private options, I would highly recommend this practice as its always clean and tidy. A wonderful experience!
Best practice. Highly recommended. The dentist Deepa very gentle and caring, working together with a nurse Kristine as an good team. Atmosphere are very relaxing and calming.
