Story

Broadway Dental Surgery is a caring, family-run dental practice providing high quality, private and NHS dental care in heart of the beautiful village of Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire. We offer all types of dental treatment, including Invisalign, veneers, teeth whitening, and children's orthodontics.
Our in-house hygienist works each Monday and Tuesday providing private hygiene appointments.

I had to have a front tooth replaced in a hurry and found these guys online and very happy that I did! Dr Pam was just lovely and very knowledgeable, and made sure I wasn’t in too much pain with my extraction! She was great and I would choose this dental practise again, just a shame they don’t take on NHS patients but nothing new there, can’t find NHS practises for love or money! Reception staff are very smiley and helpful also. Thanks guys

My age means I often require medical attention, I have recently required urgent dental attention . I've got to say from the girls at reception to the treatment room both dental assistant & dentist all first class, pleasant & polite. had Abu last year, Pam worked on me today, brilliant both of them.

Always very kind, helpful and professional. Emergency appointments are not a struggle to get, phones answered promptly and all the staff are fantastic.

Excellent modern 21st century dental practice. Warm and welcoming fully trained dentists and nurses who are very professional. Would highly recommend anyone who is nervous about visiting the dentist. Was made to feel at ease and everything was explained to me before any treatment was carried out.

Thank you Pam, the hygienist, nurses and reception staff for making my first dental experience at Broadway such a good experience, with your expertise, care, professionalism, kindness and attention.  I have always been fearful of the dentist and no one could get me to have an x -ray where I was comfortable, let alone visit the hygienist. Broadway Dental Surgeons have eradicated my fear of the dentist and made it comfortable for me to return and know I and my teeth are being well looked after

First time using this dentist was made to feel very welcome : the procedure was quick and easy.. left pain free :

Attended as an emergency with my teenage daughter who was in excruciating pain. From receptionist through to dentist my daughter was treated with respect & empathy. COVID guidelines were followed by every member of staff making us feel safe & secure. We left the practice pain free. Would highly recommend.

Very disappointed. Booked appointment and sent in MH and Covid forms a week in advance. My experience with the dentist during the consultation was very upsetting and I felt my pain and concerns were dismissed. I raised this at the desk with the practice manager at the end and via a phone call when I got home after I had stopped crying. I was told the Principal would phone me the following day. Two weeks later I chased this by email to the practice manager, as no call had been forthcoming. A further week later I posted copies of my emails and yet another note expressing disappointment via 1st class post. Another week has passed and no contact has been made.  In the meantime I contacted my old dentist in Cheshire and he sent me a prescription which thankfully sorted the pain. The temporary filling provided on 27 Oct has fallen out but my old dentist has said he is happy to sort this when I next return to Cheshire for my 6 monthly appointment at Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, if I have no joy here in the meantime.  I do not understand why they did not telephone as promised as it amounts to terrible customer experience.  I paid £70 to be sent away in more pain than I arrived with..  There is no option to leave no stars, otherwise that's what I would have done.  I would add, though,  that the young dental nurse is not included in this negative review as she was lovely.

I have only recently transferred to this practice after losing all faith in my previous dentist. In a short space of time I have seen two separate dentists here to resolve ongoing issues I have the lasting reminder of my previous dentist. I cannot thank them enough for their help & expertise. On both occasions I have been seen at short notice & can honestly say I have been shown more care each time than I ever have over the last 20 years or more. I am so glad I have found a new dental practice, no one enjoys going I’m sure, but for me I must have faith in someone treating me & this I have now found. A big thank you to all there for such an excellent job.
