I needed treatment quickly for a broken tooth and was able to get through on the phone quite easily. The receptionist was helpful and made an appointment for the same day. I was seen on time and the dentist efficiently solved the problem.

My Dentist at this practice is excellent, but getting through on the phone is a nightmare. My working hours are your working hours so I have to ring from work, I can't stay in a call queue for long periods without causing issues with my employer.

Dentist we saw today for my 6 year old son was rude and made my son cry..no compassion shown and couldn't wait to get us out the door .Don't think he even said thank you or good bye

I was told that my children were registered over the phone and was not informed that they needed an appointment as soon as possible to confirm that registration. I rang to book my daughter an appointment and was told very abruptly that she was not registered. I was not allowed to explain myself receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Will not bother to take the registration any further
