Fantastic service from start to finish. None of the silly car sales techniques I’ve experienced from other companies, no pressurising or anything. An absolute pleasure, and allowing me so much time to test drive a vehicle I was interested in to ensure it was the right vehicle for me. I cannot recommend this company enough, and will be recommending them to family and friends. It was a pleasure meeting both Kevin and Matt. Thank you again, myself and my partner very much appreciated it.
Absolute first class experience from start to finish, drove down to view the Mercedes before it had been prepped the wheels were kerbed and it had a few marks, decided to leave a deposit anyway as I really liked the car. Seven days later it was delivered to my door like it had rolled out the show room from new and couldn’t be happier with the service I received
Overall the car purchased in January 22 was goodno faults experienced , however some of the information the dealership provided such as previous ownership history wasn’t true, hence I would advice prospective buyers to do your own check prior to purchasing to ensure accuracy.
Was strung along for a month, not responding in a timely manner. We were excited about the car. Even arranged an appointment today for Monday morning only to receive an email to say a colleague had taken a deposit on the car. What a shambles. Wouldn’t buy from this dealer or recommend. If this is how it is before purchase, dread to think about after sales service.
Could not have had worse service. Excited about a car I’d found and made an appt to view it once I’d put a deposit on. Drove 2 hours down to view it and on arrival the salesman had to jump over the gate to open up from the inside alarm bells ringing already. There was a crack in the windscreen, stone chips all over the paintwork and the radio wasn’t working, baring in mind this is an 18 month old E class Mercedes. They assured me these problems would be sorted and car delivered within a week. 4 weeks later I still didn’t have the car and was told now the centre screen wasn’t working and the part for the radio hadn’t yet come. I only ever got information by calling or texting, was never kept up to date by them namely Matt and Sarah. Having cancelled the order, it then took nearly 2 months of constant chasing up to get my deposit back! Turns out calling and threatening to take things further helps get your deposit back within an hour. Absolute nightmare experience, in the end glad I didn’t get the car as god knows what other problems I would’ve had down the line.
