If you’re a resident of TW7 you’ll be familiar with the Oakhill boards, they’re everywhere, and with good reason. From start to finish Oakhill were brilliant, James and Becky handled viewing on our property and found suitable properties for us to look at. Becky took the lead and is a brilliant communicator she thinks of everything ahead of time; Becky was always across our situation and was very easy to contact We struck gold because the house we fell for was also on with Oakhill. Becky made sure the negotiations went smoothly and once we’d committed we were able to exchange contact details with our buyers and the people we were buying from. I gather that’s quite unusual but it meant everything was so much easier. Aimee took the reins once solicitors were arranged, again the the service from Oakhill was outstanding, Aimee regularly checked in and made sure everything was on track and chased up the chain regularly. The exchange was really smooth, as was the competition. We’d have no hesitation recommending Oakhill. Our final invoice was exactly what we expected to pay which was refreshing. First class service - bravo!
We've just moved in to our new home let by Oakhill and have been really happy with the interactions throughout the whole process. From property viewing with Amrit, to finalizing paperwork with Emily, all has been extremely smooth and easy. They've both communicated really well and led the process, there was no need for chasing anyone. Impressed with Oakhill overall!
Amazing service from the team at Oakhill Estate Agents who helped us to secure a purchase of our first property. James expertly guided us throughout the first part of the process and Aimee in particular was superb, patiently handling all the ups and downs of the conveyancing process and keeping us informed and connected to the sellers. Highly recommend this local firm, excellent customer service.
Aimee and James have been extremely attentive, communicative and friendly throughout the whole buying and selling process. They've been very patient and persistent, always striving to get things moving quickly and efficiently for us and I am very grateful for all of their help and hard work. I’ve rented with Oakhill for 2 years now and the level of service is outstanding. Very little issues, if there are any they are resolved very quickly and easily by their very helpful team. They make the process seamless. Couldn’t recommend enough.
After a not so great experience with another local agent, I was looking for a change and was recommended Oakhill. I have to say that, so far, I am glad that I was, as everything so far has been seamless from the start. Emily and Jusdeep of Oakhill were, quite simply, superb in helping us find tenants for our flat in Osterley. From the first contact with them, they were helpful and courteous advising us on everything from the current rental market to the rent we should expect to get. From previous experiences of working with estate agents who didn't put the customer first and whose admin was hopeless, my expectations were not high but they were far exceeded by the regular communication from Oakhill keeping us informed every step of the way. Their flexibility and ability to read the local market helped us to get top rent for the flat and a tenant was found within days. I cannot recommend them highly if you are looking for a customer-focused service with good communication, administrative support and flexibility.
Re lettings: Very friendly, warm, professional, family run estate/letting agent. Nothing is too much. Great communication. Every team member I have dealt with has been so helpful and kind. Very knowledgeable - I think helped by the fact they are a local agent who know the area and have great support services ie plumber, electrical etc that can be trusted to get jobs done on the property at a competitive price. Takes a lot of stress off and I know the property is in good hands. Could not recommend highly enough.
Oakhill Lettings ensured that my move as a tenant was as smooth as possible. The documentation and referencing process was transparent, fully online and automated and I could just do all the work from home except the in person viewing. Thanks to Jusdeep and Emily who made all the arrangements for the move in, and for being approachable always when I needed.
