Stood for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to turn up. The assistant at the head of the queue was just talking to a 'friend'. He eventually paid attention left without saying anything and disappeared through the back to send out 2 sales people who had been "doing something else" Not impressed with this service at all. After all that they did not stock what I was looking for. Such is life these days.
Had a sales assistant from Howdens Bellshill come over to give me a quote on a new kitchen. After a almost giving up and finding a new contractor due to how long they were taking to give me the quote I finally got given a date for the kitchen to be fitted. I emailed them several times to ask how and when to pay and received not one reply. Finally I called them on the day that the kitchen was meant to be fitted and nobody had any recollection of a kitchen going out that day.
I needed material at short notice for a local job. Served by Albert, but all the staff are always welcoming and attentive.
My dad went for a saw.. Was alright un and out quivk but had to go back as the woman gave a fine one insted of medium... After being asked more than twice but it happens... All in all a buzy wee shop and staff are nice
Excellent service from staff, went above and beyond to help me out, would highly recommend to family and friends.
Rude and poorly informed service. I used another branch instead and they were great. Just stay away from this one.
To expensive for goods Got same good from same source 20% cheaper
Bought doors , boring eh !
