Very helpful staff, my experience of purchasing a phone has been enhanced. The manager is very friendly.

Argumentative manager who makes you feel stupid / unwelcome. Its a shame, the other member of staff was alright, however he's moving to another store, but i wish him the best of luck. The manager though can do one. Smug sod giving incorrect info. 

Never using that store again.

I think the team in this shop are very demotivated and not happy - teams tend to reflect the organisation & leaders they work for - bad show o2.
