Imagine you are in a Famous Five book and you go in to a local store.
Everything is sparkling, everyone is smiling and the ruddy faced lady behind the counter gives you a lovely warm greeting.

That's just what the Lakeland store in Stratford-upon-Avon is like.

I normally love Lakeland and their produces...
Two years ago I joined one of their competitions to find out I won a Michel LeRoux, signed cook book. After two years and many phone calls I never received the book.....
