Staff are fantastic and I've worked in retail for more years than I care to say but they put the work in and it shows. We get every ones footwear in here and I have to call out the manager for how they treat us when we come in always coming over and saying hello and making sure we are treated well which we always are. John hasn't bought shoes anywhere else in years

Crowded, but helpful staff when you can get their attention. Went looking for a sales bargain but had to pay full price as they didn't have my size in stock and I didn't want to order as a previous experience of doing this was not good.

Good sized store inside Foyleside centre. Can get very busy but staff are always willing to help. Shoes can be ordered for delivery to home or in store, reasonably priced

Some lovely footwear and they have a good sale on at the minute. The staff in here are so nice and really helpful.

Bought a pair of leather boots under a year ago, started to have problems with the boots within the 365 day warranty as stated on the receipt, went back to the shop to either replace or return them to no avail.

My vans are amazing!! Selection of shoes is amazing, prices are good and staff are super helpful
